有序地质量的简单分段法

近年来出现了用数学方法处理地质工作中的分层、分带或分段问题。费歇分段法(W.D.Fisher,1958),即“最优分割法”被普遍采用。应当指出,这个方法有一定的局限性。笔者曾对这个方法作了一些分析讨论¹⁾。为了克服费歇法的不足,笔者在本文中提出了另一种算法,称为简单分段法。

SIMPLE SEGMENTATION OF DIGITIZED SEQUENCES OF GEOLOGICAL DATA

The optimal section method suggested by Fisher (1958) has generally been adapted in geological studies.But the method first described in a paper by Kulinkovich et al.(1966) and named as "Simple segmentation" by the present author is always regarded to be inaccurate and negligible.Recently,it is found that the simple segmentation is a counterpart of the simple-linkage method of cluster analysis in sequential data.The results obtained by this method actually can be comparable to that from the optimal section method.In addition,in some specific geological conditions many cases come to show the predominance of the former over the latter,thereby it is well received by geologists.Furthermore,the simple segmentation is much simple and more economical than the optimal section method.
