| Abstract: | Through the analysis and comparison of the water quality of several typical rivers in Shanghai in the past 20 years, the present study investigates the characteristics of the water quality of Shanghai in the variety of space and time. It is concluded that the dominant factors in controlling the water quality of Shanghai are tide and urbanization . |
