摘    要:顶张力立管(TTR)在使用过程中,由于恶劣的工作环境,由多根立管构成的立管束容易发生立管间的碰撞。碰撞一旦发生将对立管的性能产生严重影响。立管在海底井口的合理布置可以有效地减少立管间碰撞的发生。进化策略(Evolution Strategy,ES)是一种快速可靠的遗传算法。考虑到当前进行端口布置时计算量大、计算时间长的问题,将ES应用于顶张力立管海底端口布置的问题上,采用简化模型进行端口布置优化设计,同时对于立管数目较多时,提出将立管进行分组计算的方法,在保证结果正确性的基础上提高计算的快速性。将计算结果与lingo软件计算结果进行了对比,证实了方法的有效性。

Abstract:During the usage of Top Tensioned Riser (TTR), it is possible for the risers to collide with each other because of the harsh environment. Once that happens, the performance of risers will experience a great loss. We can reduce the probability of occurrence of that by carefully designing the layout of TTRs on the seabed. Evolution Strategy (ES) is an efficient and reliable Genetic Algorithm. Considering the fact that it costs a lot of resources to get a good result of the layout in usual methods, it is appealing to use ES to decide the layout by introducing some simplified models. When there are many risers, the method of grouping is raised in order to calculate efficiently. The result of this method is verified by the program Lingo. It works in reducing or even avoiding the probability of the occurrence of collision.
