摘    要:通过对胶州湾附近水域中浮游桡足类优势种之一克氏纺锤水蚤(Acartia clausi Giesbrecht)进行不同浓度梯度铜离子的毒性实验。探讨了重金属污染对浮游桡足类的影响。实验结果表明,铜离子对克氏纺锤水蚤96h的LC50为38.12μg/L。用回归分析方法探讨了铜离子与克氏纺锤水蚤产卵量之间的关系,得出拟合曲线方程为y=16.19 0.622X-0.0264X^3(y-产卵量:X-铜离子浓度);曲线走向表明,低浓度的Cu^2 对克氏纺锤水蚤的产卵有一定的促进作用。对Cu^2 与卵的孵化率的关系也作了类似的分析。结果两者呈线性负相关,说明Cu^2 对克氏纺锤水蚤卵的孵化纺的影响要大于产卵量的影响。

Abstract:The Cu2+ toxicity for Acartia clausi Giesbrecht, one of the dominant planktonic copepods in the Jiaozhou Bay, is investigated. It is showed that the semi-lethal concentration ( LC50 )of Cu2+ to Acartia clausi Giesbrecht is 38.12 μ g/L during 96 h. The effects of Cu2+ on the egging yield of Acartia clausi Giesbrecht and is hatching ratioof its eggs are also examined. The relationship between egging yield and Cu2+ concentration is obtained: y = 16.19+0.622 x-0.0264 x2 ( y: egging yield, x: Cu2+ concentration ). It had been found that low concentration of Cu2+ could promote its egging and Cu2+ concentration is inversely proportional to the hatching ratio of Acartia clausi Giesbrechts egg. By comparison, it is concluded that Cu2+ has lesseffect on the egging yield of Acartia clausi Giesbrecht than on the hatching ratio of its eggs.
