小型加油站雷击风险评估的灾害分析及防护对策

摘    要:针对小型加油站的雷电风险评估重点,从地理、地质、土壤、气象、雷电活动规律、环境等条件以及被保护物的特点和人的认识主观因素等方面进行详细的分析,然后计算了预计雷击次数及相关风险,最后,根据对加油站的危险性和易损性分析及风险值计算结果,为加油站提出防护对策。

Abstract:In this paper, the detailed analysis of vulnerability and keys of the lightning risk assessment for a small gas station is given, from the aspects of the geography, geology, soil, meteorology, rules of lightning activity, environment conditions and the characteristics of objects to be protected, as well as human understanding of the subjective factors, and then the estimated thunder stroke numbers and related risk have been calculated. Finally, according to vulnerability and risk analysis and risk value computation results, the protecting measures for the gas station are proposed.
