| 摘 要： | 在分析了移动终端离线电子地图系统相关基本概念的基础上,结合当前应用实际,充分考虑地图数据保密安全要求后,探讨了移动终端离线电子地图系统的总体设计思路,指出该系统设计开发时应重点考虑的问题,为实现无网络化的地图应用提供参考。
