| 摘 要： | 为了科学地实施土地利用总体规划成果,强化规划目标和指标的落实,各地开展了土地利用总体规划数据库建设。本文探讨了在KQplanning平台下如何利用最新二次土地调查成果和土地利用总体规划修编成果建设土地利用总体规划数据库,以及建库的思路、过程和方法,为土地利用总体规划数据库建设工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to implement scientifically the achievements of land use planning , and strengthen the implementation of the plan-ning objectives and targets .It has carried out throughout the land use planning database construction .This paper discusses how to platform using the latest second land survey results and land use planning outcomes database construction land use planning on KQ -planning , as well as the ideas , processes and methods of building a database ,It provides a work reference for land use planning data-base construction . |
