| 摘 要： | Crude fucoidanase was extracted from digestive organ of a herbivorous marine gastropod LuneZla cornata coreensis. The characteristics of fucoidanase dynamics e.g. optimum pH,optimum temperature, activators, inhibitors, Michaelis constant(Km) and maximum velocity (Vmax) were assayed. According to these characteristics, two kinds of fucoidanase defined as fucoidanase A and B might exist in the crude extract. Purification of fueoidanase was carried out by the method of ammonium sulfate-precipitation and the enzymic preparation of acetone powder was made.
