| 摘 要： | 以最短时间和可达性系数为指标,在ArcGIS的支持下,对1986,1996和2006年3个时间断面的河南省公路交通可达性进行了分析。结果显示,河南省公路网络连接的县级城市可达性值以中部及中北部为核心,向外围逐渐增高,大致呈不规则环状分布格局;研究期内,可达性空间格局总体变化不是很大,可达性比较好的县级城市主要位于河南省的中部及中北部,可达性较差的县级城市均分布在河南省的边缘地带,3个时间断面中,新县、台前始终是可达性最差的2个县;随着河南省公路网络建设的逐步完善,河南省整体可达性及各县的可达性均有大幅度的提高,但不同阶段可达性的提高幅度又有所不同,1986—1996年各县可达性值减少率高于1996—2006年各县可达性值减少率。
