电荷注入检测器—等离子体光谱仪光度精度与分析参数的关系

摘    要:研究了电荷注入检测器(CID)等离子体光谱仪(ICP-AES)的光度精度和分析参数的关系。实验结果表明,较高的等离子体功率和雾化系统载气压力可得到较好的谱线强度测量的光度精度。CID-ICP光谱仪的光度精度(RSD〈4%)优于电磁驱动顺序等离子体光谱仪(RSD〈10%)。

Abstract:In this paper, the relationship between photometric precision and instrument parameters of CID ICP spectrometer was studied. The results show that better relative standard deviation (RSD%) of photometric intensity can be obtained when higher RF power and higher carrier gas pressure are used. The results also proved that the precision of photometric intensities with CID ICP spectrometer (<4% RSD) is better than those of sequential scan ICP spectrometer with photomultiplier detector (<10% RSD).
