| 摘 要： | 成本控制是工程项目管理的重要环节，主要是对各种要素进行数量和单价核定。据此计算出核定成本，实施考核奖罚措施，以达到有效控制成本的目的。并就影响成本的其他要素提出了具体的建议。

| Abstract: | Cost control is a key link in engineering project management. Object matter is amount and unit price authorization. Hereby the approved cost is calculated, evaluation and sanction measures should be put into execution for the purpose of effective cost control. The paper put forward concrete proposals on other factors by any possession to affect costs. |
