摘    要:GNSS系统中时间间隔测量对于时频基准的完好性监测具有重要意义。本文针对T DC时间间隔受温度影响的特点,提出了一种适用于高精度 T DC测量的温度补偿方法。从理论上推导了该方法的实现原理,并通过仿真和实测数据进行了验证,结果表明:TDC通过补偿后样本测量值的标准偏差由270 ps降低到76 ps ,T DC测量精度得到较大改善。

Abstract:In GNSS systems ,time interval measurement has a great influence on the in-tegrity monitor of the time and frequency fiducially .According to the characteristics that temperature is an important factor of Time intervals measurement ,this paper presented a temperature compensation method applied to high-precision measurement of TDC .The im-plementation principle of this method was proved theoretically .And through constructing the test platform the original observations were obtained .The measured results showed that the measured precision after the temperature compensation can reach 76 ps (rms) ,which is excellin the sample measurements of 270 ps (rms) .So the measurement precision of TDC is improved greatly .
