| 摘 要： | 文书档案整理由“卷改件”在阳泉市气象局气象档案管理中的实施运用,主要体现在根据“卷改件”的特点,确定适用范围;以《分类表》为基础,确定以“件”管理类目号;实行“卷改件”管理,必须配备现代化工具。适用气象档案软件管理系统是“卷改件”管理的重要环节,为此对软件管理系统做了专题介绍。
