| Abstract: | The Yanbian area is located in the eastern part of Jilin province.The southern part of the study area is the Pohai block;the northern part of the study area is the Xingkai block;the eastern part neighbours upon Korea and Russia,and the western part,Dunhua Mishan fault is as a boundary line in the central part of Jilin province.In this paper,the continental accretion history on the northern margin of the Xingkai block and the geological features of stuture zone between the two palaeo blocks are emphatically introduced.Meanwhile,the geographical position of paleoblock stuture zone between the Pohai and Xingkai blocks and their formation age are discussed. |
