地图可视化的技术和分类

可视化技术已远远超出了传统的符号化及视觉变量表示法的水平,进入了在动态时空变换、多维可交互的地图条件下探索视觉效果和提高视觉工具功能化阶段。本文介绍了地图可视化的特点,分析了地图可视化的九项主要技术,在此基础上研究了目前可视化地图的三种分类,即动态地图、虚拟地图和超地图。由此了解到地图可视化在地图制图学中的重要地位和作用,随着网络技术、虚拟现实技术等各种技术的提高,地图可视化将得到进一步的发展。

The technology and classification of map visualization

This paper introduces the features of map visualization, and analyses nine major technologies of map visualization. On the basis of that, it researches three classes of visualization maps: dynamic map, virtual map and hyper map. Thus we can know that the significance and effect of map visualization in geo-graphics. With the development of network technology, virtual reality technology and so on, map visualization will get further development.
