| 摘 要： | 文章首先对工业区投资环境相关研究进行了简要的回顾。接着从区位条件、腹地支撑能力、微观环境、规模与发育程度4个方面构建了工业区投资环境评价指标体系，并立运用层次分析法和加权求和评价模型进行上海市郊区市级工业区投资环境评价实践。最后对评价结果进行了深入讨论和分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author first gives a short review of researches on industrial park investment environment. Then the author constructs the index system for evaluating industrial park from four aspects: location, hinterland sustainability, interior conditions, current scale. And does the practice of investment environment evaluation of the municipal industrial parks in Shanghai suburb, applying AHP and Weight Sum Model. At last, the author analyses the result of evaluation. |
