福建省行政区域界线信息管理系统设计研究

福建省共有3条省界、191条县界、全长12000km。历经5年～6年的勘界工作，形成了大量的图形、文本、表格、照片等珍贵资料，其种类繁多、关系复杂。为满足对这些资料进行有序存储、管理和提供服务，以MAPGIS、MAPINFO数据采集，SQL Sever2000数据库为平台，Delphi语言作相应的开发，实现数据采集．编辑和数据管理。建立“福建省行政区域信息管理系统”。

On the Information Management System of District Boundaries of Fujian Province

There are 3 interprovincial boundaries and 191 intercounty boundaries in Fujian Province, which are totally 12000 kilometers in long distance. After surveying interprovincial and intercounty boundaries for 5-6 years, a great number of figures, texts, tables and photos are formed and they are costful information and a great variety but complex relations. For the sake of ordinal storage, management and service of these data, the information management system of district boundaries of Fujian Province is build up by using the softwares of MAPGIS, MAPINFO, SQL Server2000 and Delphi in the software development, data collection and editing and data management. The paper reports on the design, development and application of the system.
