| 摘 要： | 讨论了如何在数字驻马店地理空间框架的基础上构建应急值守系统,实现应急突发事件的上报与接收、应急资源查询、应急历史事件的查询与统计等功能,系统充分利用地理信息公共平台提供的空间查询分析能力和直观生动的信息展现能力,为应急值守提供强有力的空间信息支持。

| Abstract: | Absrt act:Based on the digital Zhumadian geospatial framework, this paper mainly discusses that how to build emergency duty sys-tem, which realized the emergency reporting and receiving, emergency resource querying, historical events statistical analyzing, and other functions.The system, which makes full use of the spatial query analysis and visualization ability of the geo-information public platform, provided the powerful space information support for emergency duty. |
