| 摘 要： | 应用遥感技术获取时间间隔为一年的同一区域的地面影像,对前后两个年度影像进行比对,采集新增建设图斑。结合使用已经发布到厦门市地理信息公共平台上的专题数据,建成新增违章建筑图斑的矢量数据库。然后使用GIS软件的分析功能对图斑数据进行统计、分析、汇总,最终实现对违章建筑的监测与管理。采用这种现代遥感技术与地理信息系统(GIS)技术可以为城市违章建筑的监测与管理提供更高效、实用的方法。

| Abstract: | Using remote sensing technology to collect the same area, the time resolution is 1 years of the ground image, the image is compared, and the image of the changes were collected.A new vector database is set up based on the special data of Xiamen city geo-graphic information public platform. Then, using the analysis function of GIS software, the data are analyzed and summarized.Monitor and manage the illegal construction of the city.Is the use of modern remote sensing technology and geographic information system tech-nology, to provide a more effective and practical method for the monitoring and management of urban illegal construction. |
