摘    要:2014年6月,国务院办公厅印发了《关于加强城市地下管线建设管理的指导意见》,提出"2015年底之前,完成城市地下管线普查,建立综合管理信息系统"。本文以此为契机,提出了基于普查完成的管线数据成果,建立城市二三维一体化综合管网系统。该系统能够满足政府管理部门的需求,确保地下管线的建设适应社会发展的需要,降低管网事故率,避免重大事故发生,大幅度提升应急防灾能力。

Design and Implementation of Two or Three Dimensional Integration System for the City Pipe Line Network
Abstract:In 2014.6, the general office of the State Councilissued the"guiding opinions on strengthening the city underground pipe-line construction management", Puts forward the objective and task "by the end of 2015, completes the city survey for underground pipelines, andestablishesa comprehensive management information system".Accordingly, this paper Aims at the complete pipeline census data,establishes two or three dimensional integration system for the city pipeline network, with the system, to meet the needs of government management, the underground pipeline construction management to adapt to the needs of economic and social develop-ment, reduces network accident rate, to avoids major accidents, greatly enhances the ability of disaster prevention and emergency re-sponse.
