县域农村生活污水管网系统长效运维信息化平台研究与设计

近年来,国家越来越意识到农村生活污水治理的重要性。《国家"十二五"全国村镇污水治理规划》指出,从2010年起用大约30年时间,要在中国90%村镇建立完善的排水和污水处理设施与服务体系。全国各地纷纷建立污水管网及处理设施,但管理上仍然缺乏有效的监管维护手段,难以确保长效运行,本文在这样的背景下,参考城市污水综合监管的经验,提出一整套农村生活污水管网系统长效运维信息化平台建设方案,并将建设试点情况作简单介绍,为农村生活污水管网长效运行体系提供参考依据。

Research and Design of the Long-term Operation and Maintenance Informatization Platform for Rural Domestic Sewage Pipe Network System in County Rural Areas

In recent years, the country is increasingly aware of the importance of rural domestic sewage treatment.The national "1025"country towns sewage treatment planning "pointed out that from 2010 hired about 30 years, to set up a perfect drainage and sewage treatment facilities and service system in China and 90% of villages and towns.Across the country have set up sewage pipe network and processing facilities, but management still lack effective supervision of maintenance, difficult to ensure the long-term operation, this paper under such a background, reference the experience of comprehensive supervision of urban sewage, put forward a whole set of rural life sewage pipe network system of long effective operation and maintenance information platform construction scheme and the pilot construction of this paper briefly introduces the status, so as to provide references for the long-term operation of rural domestic sewage pipe network system.
