| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯成为独立国家后，在其实行经济转轨的20世纪90年代至今区域社会经济发展发生了很大变化，具有一系列新的特点。本文在着重阐述了俄罗斯区域社会经济发展的四大新特点的基础上，对其不同的发展模式作了总结。

| Abstract: | Since Russia became an independent country, great changes have happened in its regional social-economic development. From the 1990's when a social transition was implied, it brings about a series of new characteristics in this regard. Based on discussion of four new characteristics of its regional social_economic development, this paper makes a summary of Russia's various developing modes. |
