摘    要:介绍了X射线衍射、电子探针、红外吸收光谱、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜等技术的工作原理及这些技术在宝玉石检测中的应用。事实证明,现代测试技术极大地推动了宝玉石鉴定和研究工作的进展。

Abstract:With the progress in synthetic and optimization technologies of gem, it becomes more and more difficult to identify the raw and synthetic gems. Under these circumstances, many modem testing technologies have been introduced to the gem identification field. In this paper the working principles of some technologies such as XRD, EPMA, IR, Raman and SEM and their applications to the gem identification are discussed. Some facts show that the applications of the modern testing technologies to the gem identification promote the development in gem identification and gem research.
