赵兰庄高硫超酸性天然气田井管结硫有关问题探讨

摘    要:中国赵兰庄高硫超酸性天然气田井堵重要原因之一是井管结硫。影响井管结硫主要因素与硫的含量、井底与井口温度及压力的差异、硫化氢浓度、放喷速度、烷烃组分含量等有关。结合赵兰庄气田储集层流体的性质,并与国外高硫超酸性天然气田进行详细对比后认为,通过向井下注入硫溶剂、采用生产—关井—生产周期作业和保持井温等几种方法可以控制结硫。

SULPHUR HIGH,AEID ULTRA,NATURAL GAS FIELD IN ZHAOLANZHUANG:THE PROBLEM OF SULPHUR ENCRUSTATION ON THE INTERNAL WALLS OF THE WELL PIPES
Abstract:Wellblockage in the sulphur-high,acid-ultra,natural gas field inZhaolanzhuang,China,is attributed,to a large extent,to sulphur encrustation onthe internal walls of well pipes.The undesired process is in relatian to sulphurcontent of gas,differences of P&T between well head and well bottam,andconcentration,exhaust speed,alkyl components,all of H_S.Taking the fluidcharacters of the reservoir into consideration as well as comparing themsystematically with those of similar foreign gas fields,the author believes thatinjection into the pipes of sulphur solvents,adoption of exhalation-closing in-exhalation alternatine operation and maintaining a certain temperature in well,allthis ean prerent effectively the well from sulphur encrustation.
