The firm's work is primarily associated with the investigation of ground water pollution problems and aquifer restoration. His work experience includes 10 years with the state of California, leading to the position of assistant chief, Division of Water Quality. McLaren has taught graduate school classes in water quality and ground water hydrology in the University of California. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Hazardous Waste Committee, a Professional Engineer in California and Nevada, and a diplomate in the American Academy of Environmental Engineers.;Peter J.
