A Preliminary Exploration of the Assetization of Natural Resources Based on the Results of the Third Land Survey--Take the assetization of forest resources as an example

The core problem of natural resources management is the implementation of the property right system.Based on a set of results basemaps with legal status,natural resource assetization is the process of expanding the resource attributes to the value attributes,which aims to solve the scattering and independence of the property rights of mountain,water,lake,farmland,forest,grass and other natural resources because the property right system has to satisfy multiple needs of administrative managements of different natural resources departments.Taking forest resource as an example,this paper designs the corresponding relationship of the third land survey classification and the natural resource classification,and calculates the total economic value by calculating the physical quantity and value quantity of natural resources.
