基于模型构建器的三调地类变化类型标注方法研究

地类不一致图斑信息作为实地调查和调查结果国家级核查的重要基础数据,人工逐个图斑核实地类变化结果的工作量大且差错率高。为保证内业信息提取工作顺利开展,有效支撑第三次全国土地调查工作稳步实施,本文通过对比三调初始库和年度土地变更调查数据库,提取地类一致图斑和地类不一致图斑,并标注地类不一致图斑的地类变化类型。利用ArcGIS模型构建器对三调地类变化类型标注方法进行建模,生成地类变化类型标注工具。该工具标注地类变化类型准确,辅助作业员核实地类变化结果,有效提高了工作效率。

Study on the Labelling Method of Land Use Change Types in the Third National Land Survey based on Model Builder ofArcGIS

Inconsistent land use type land patch,as an important basic data for field survey and national verification of survey results,it is a heavy workload and high error rate to manually verify the change result of land use type one by one.In order to ensure office information extraction progresses smoothly,and support the steady execution of the third national land survey,by comparing the initial database of the third national land survey and the database of annual land use change survey,the consistent land use type land patch and inconsistent land use type land patch has been extracted,and the change type of inconsistent land use type land patch has been labelled.The method of labelling land use change types has been modelled by using ArcGIS model builder,and land use change type labelling tool has been generated.The labelling tool can accurately label the land use change type,and assist operators to verify change results of land use type,and improve work efficiency greatly.
