滚珠花键副的刚度的计算及应用

摘    要:鉴于滚动花键副在精密仪器中的广泛使用,运用弹性接触理论计算其刚度,用以仪器系统形变和位移的定量分析。并以云台1m红外太阳望远镜中所用的滚动花键副为例,计算了花键的弯曲和偏转刚度,讨论了采用有限元法进行数值计算时,该滚珠花键副的简化和有限元模型的建立。

Abstract:Spline-ball bearing is widely adopted in large precision instruments because of its distinctive performance.For the sake of carrying out detail investigation of a full instrument system,practical stiffness formulae of such bearing are introduced with elastic contact mechanics,which are successfully applied for calculating the stiffnesses of the bearing used in the astronomical telescope.Appropriate treatment of the stiffnesses of such bearing in the finite element analysis is also discussed and illustrated.
