| 摘 要： | 地基无线电导航是以设置在陆地上的导航台为基础,通过无线电信号向飞机、船只、车辆或其他用户提供导航信息的系统。对地基无线电导航系统现有标准进行了梳理,在此基础上,通过分析地基无线电导航技术发展趋势,给出了一种地基无线电导航标准的体系结构,并对地基无线电导航制定的标准给出了意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Onshore radio navigation（ORN）is based on the navigation stations,which are built on the terrene,and provides service to airplanes,boats,vehicles and other users by radio signals.In this paper,the overseas and domestic standards and specifications are all described and compared by using classification and induction methods.Then the trends of ORN is analyzed.At last,the standard structure of ORN is proposed;meanwhile,some suggestions and opinions are given for ORN standards and specifications. |
