Observational arguments for a local dynamo |

| Abstract: | Regions of rigid rotation, or Pivot Points, can be seen in the deviations from the classical law of solar differential rotation. These Pivot Points set up a local dynamo that is reflected in the emergence of the magnetic flux of the Active Centers. |
