摘    要:作者在本文中使用虚拟现实建模语言(The Virtual Reality Modeling Language,简称VRML)实现了层状地质体的三维显示。实例表明VRML具有直观、易学的特点,不需要使用者掌握深厚的数学和计算机图形学知识,而且图形绘制结果方便用户交互。

Abstract:The layer shaped object is displayed in three dimension by using the Virtual Reality Modeling Language(VRML). An example indicates that the VRML has character of intuitionistic and easy to be studied. And the graphic result can be interacted, so users don't need profound knowledge in mathematics and computer graphics.
