柴达木盆地涩北1井钙质泥岩饱和烃微生物作用的地球化学意义

摘    要:用能谱和GC/MSD对两块来自涩北1井(900 m和1 200 m)钙质泥岩的研究表明,研究样品中细菌遗骸骨特征明显并检测出微生物特征生标(角鲨烷和2,6,10,15,19 五甲基 二十烷),表明涩北1井研究层沉积岩中微生物发育;微生物的降解作用明显改变了常规生物标志物的分布特征:低演化源岩的正构烷烃首先遭降解,出现OEP2>>OEP1特征、甾烷异构化参数C29ββ/(ββ+αα)和Σ8,14 断藿烷/Σ藿烷比值比正常热演化样品出现异常高值。这些参数可能作为判识低演化沉积有机质是否曾遭受微生物降解,同时可间接判识是否有生物气产生的有力依据。
