体验(式)旅游概念辨析及开发探讨

摘    要:借鉴"情景规划和体验设计"方法,提出我国体验(式)旅游开发的思路。指出体验(式)旅游开发要认真研究游客的消费取向,注重旅游情景规划,营造体验氛围、编织动人心魄的故事、精心导演活动、合理安排游览线路和时间;在充分了解游客心理特点和角色特征基础上打造体验服务,设计体验性纪念品,让游客获得难忘体验。

Abstract:Along with the enhancement of people's consumption level and esthetic appeal,many tourists no longer satisfy to the traditional mass tourism projects and devote to experiential tourism which can obtain more happy and unique experience.Experiential tourism is the new tourism pattern in the experiential economy time which emphasizes participation.At present,China not yet truly enters the experiential economy time and the environment of developing the experiential economy product is not mature.The experiential tourism marketing research in China is also a big blank and the thinking of planning and design is rather simplistic.The method of situational planning and design of item experience provides the new thinking for experiential tourism exploiting.Firstly,study the market foresightedness and at the right moment cultivate the market.Secondly,pay attention to psychology guidance in tourism development,build the experience atmosphere,compile the story,direct activity carefully and arrange tour line and time reasonably.Thirdly,create the experience service under fully understanding tourist psychology and role characteristic.Finally,design experiential souvenir and let the tourist obtain the unforgettable experience.
