| 摘 要： | 分析了近几年来省级气象科技期刊以改革促发展的必然性，并以《河南气象》改刊为《气象与环境科学》后所采取的一系列措施为重点，论述了由综合性、技术性期刊向学术性期刊发展的过程和改刊后的成果、存在问题及努力方向，同时提出了将省级气象科技期刊办好、办精、办出新意，打造成为各具特色的品牌期刊，为气象事业的发展开辟更加广阔空间的理念。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the inevitability of the development promoted by the reform of the provincial meteorological science and technology journal in recent years. Based on the steps taken after converting the name of 〈 Meteorology Journal of Henan 〉 into 〈 Meteorological and Environmental Sciences 〉 , it tells us the gain, the existing problems and our future direction during and after the converting process from comprehensive and technicality journal to technological journal, also it provides us the concept we should make the journal better, elite, innovative and branded. So we can be more supportive to the meteorology career. |
