| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的迅速发展,水资源开发利用中存在的矛盾已日益突出.本文在对关中地区水资源特点进行分析的基础上,指出了水资源开发利用中存在的矛盾与问题,并针对这些问题,提出了水资源可持续利用的对策与建议,以期为关中地区的可持续发展提供依据.
