| Abstract: | The field experiment study that the different cover to be influence on soil moisture and water use efficiency and yield in winter wheat cropping system.Trial included 4 treatments: straw mulch during the whole growth period 600kg/ha(M600),straw mulch 300 kg/ha(M300),plastic film mulching(PM) and no mulching(CK).The results showed that: The soil moisture with cover treatments were higher than those not covered,M600 treatment can significantly increased soil water content(0～1m and 0～2m),significance level P <0.01,the greater the amount of straw mulch,water the better,0～1m soil layer compared with the average water storage M600 CK increased 12%,0～2m layer average soil water storage M600 increased 13.6% compared with CK in the whole growth period.Straw mulch treatment which could significantly increase production,while the yield by M300 treatment is higher than the M600 treatment,but the difference was not significant,M300 treatment can obviously increase the water use efficiency(P<0.05),and plastic film mulching increased yield is not obvious. |
