| Abstract: | The misread of the wind observation data consists of the misread of the fractional number and that of the integral number. According to the basic theory the misreads are analyzed and corrected using the quantitative diagnostic method. The result shows that the utility of the arithmetic progression can limit the first kind of misread. |
