叶绿素a与初级生产力之间的相关关系

摘    要:利用日本以南海域调查资料,对表层叶绿素a含量(SC)、真光层内叶绿素a积分值(IC)及初级生产力(PP)之间的相关关系作检验。研究表明:在高生产力海域SC、IC和PP之间存在显著的相关性,SC可以作为水域中浮游植物现存量及其生产状况的指标。在低生产力海域SC、IC和PP三者之间均不相关。文章分析了SC、IC和PP三者相关性差异的原因,指出用SC作为浮游植物现存量及其生产力指标时应持谨慎态度。

Abstract:The relations between surface chlorophyll-a, integrated values of chlorophyll-a and primary production have been exmined in the waters off southern Japan. In high productivity areas, there are obvious correlations between surface chlorophyll-a and integrated chlorophyll-a and primary productivity The surface chlorophyll-a can be used as an indicator of the biological state of phytoplankton in the waters In low productivity areas, surface chlorophyll-a is not correlated with either integrated chlorophvll-a or primary production The reasons caused the difference in the relations between surface chlorophyll-a, integrated chlorophyll-a and primary production have been discussed. The use of surface chlorophyll-a as an indicator of standing stock and productive state of phytoplanlcton should thus be applied with caution
