摘    要:为研究青蛤(Cyclina sinensis)对重金属Cu~(2+)的蓄积作用及免疫机能的影响,开展了Cu~(2+)对青蛤的急性毒性实验,观察青蛤在96 h Cu~(2+)半致死浓度和安全浓度胁迫下,不同组织的蓄积趋势,及血淋巴液中SOD、CAT和ACP活性的变化。结果显示:Cu~(2+)的半致死浓度为0.807 mg/L,安全浓度为0.00807 mg/L。鳃和内脏团组织中蓄积的Cu~(2+)浓度与处理时间呈正相关;在半致死和安全浓度胁迫下,鳃组织中Cu~(2+)蓄积速度均快于内脏团;在半致死浓度胁迫下血淋巴液中SOD、CAT和ACP活性呈现先诱导再抑制的趋势,安全浓度下无明显变化,但均高于对照组水平。

Effects of Cu2+ stress on Cyclina sinensis
Abstract:The acute toxicity test was carried out to determine the effects of Cu2+ on the cumulative action and immune function of Cyclina sinensis. Cu2+ accumulation tendency and hemolymph varation of SOD, CAT and ACP in tissues and immune index of C. sinensis were observed with half lethal concentration (LC50) and safe concentration of Cu2+ for 96 h. The results indicated that the LC50 and safe concentrations of Cu2+ were 0.807 mg/L and 0.00807 mg/L, respectively. The concentrations of Cu2+ were positively correlated with tolerance time in gill and viscus mass. Accumulation rate of Cu2+ in gill is faster than that in the viscus when tested under LC50 and safe concentration of Cu2+. The values of SOD, CAT and ACP in blood presented a variation trend, which were firstly induced, and then inhibited at the LC50 concentration of Cu2+. There were no significant differences between SOD, CAT and ACP at the safe concentration of Cu2+, however, they were all higher than those in control group. This study provides basic information for healthy aquaculture and toxicology research for C. sinensis.
