| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代日本经济发展虽然处于低迷徘徊中，但仍有多方面的竞争优势。特别足日本高新技术产业的迅猛发展，不仅进一步巩固和提高了其作为世界第二经济大国的地位，而且通过2005爱知世博会的成功举办，向世人展示了其雄厚的科技实力、高新技术产业的竞争力。近年来，日资企业持续保持对华投资热，在上述背景下．其投资战略和投资行业的调整折射出对华投资技术转移的新动向。

| Abstract: | In the 1990s, the Japanese economy development is in murkily paces back and forth, but it still has various competitive advantages in many fields. Especially, the rapid development of the high -technology industry not only further consolidated and enhanced its status as the second largest economy in the world, but also through the success in EXPO 2005 AICHI, JAPAN, has demonstrated its abundant technical strength to the world. In recent years, investing in China remains popular in many corps from Japan. Under above background, the investment strategy and investment industry adjustment reflects the new trends of the technological investment shift in China. |
