| 摘 要： | 活体肺部组织的三维重建对医学解剖和临床有重要的意义。本文针对活体肺器官三维重建存在的困难，在图象预处理和重建方法上，采用了一系列新颖的技术，首次得到了能进行剖割，旋转，透明和彩色明暗化的肺部及其内部管道的三维显示。临床评价说明，重建结果是有意义的．

| Abstract: | D reconstruction of lung tissues in vivo is of very important value to the medical anatomy and clinical use.In this paper,we give some novel techniques in crease pretreatment and reconstruction successfully and obtain the 3-D visualization of lung as well as its channels via manipulation such as cutting,rotatins,transparent processing and pseudo-colored shading.The practical clinic evaluation has been provided. |
