| 摘 要： | 在对国内外基础测绘及相关领域发展现状、北京市基础测绘发展现状进行深入分析的基础上,按照"按需测绘、按需服务"的较为理想的模式,依据以地理信息获取实时化、处理自动化、服务网络化和应用社会化为基本特征的信息化测绘的总体要求,初步提出了北京市基础测绘到2020年的战略目标、战略重点和战略对策。

| Abstract: | Based on reviews of the development of basic surveying at home and abroad, the actuality of related applications and the analysis of development in Beijing, according to Surveying on demand,Service on demand" ideal mode and the main requirement of acquisition of Geographic information on time,processing automaticlly,doing service networkly,application socially,the srategy goal, key points and countermeasure are presented primarily for basic surveying in Beijing to 2020. |
