| Abstract: | Aiming at the current situation in China's map market, some suggestions for raising territorial awareness, protection of non-copyright and enhancing the construction of enforcement are provided. Through improving the legislation, strictly enforcement of law and consciously observing the law, a healthy and order map market may be developed. |
