| Abstract: | A decomposition is made to the precipitation in Feb. ~ Mar. and April as well as the early stage sea temperature field of the North Pacific by way of singular valued (SVD) and the analysis of the matching relations and the changing characteristics of the two factors is made on this basis to conclude the key zones which influence the space distribution of precipitation. On this basis, precipitation in 2001 is forecasted with good effect. |
