| 摘 要： | 战后日本农业改革最突出的三个方面是提高粮食自给率、扩大农业经营规模和发展观光农业。通过改革的实施，消除了粮食供给不足的隐患，提高了农业生产率，保护了农业地域环境。本文从探讨战后日本农业改革的措施和成果入手，阐述了其经验对我国保障粮食安全、发展规模经营和开展绿色观光农业方面的启示。 |

| Abstract: | After the Second World War, three prominent aspects of Agriculture reform in Japan was to enhance grain self-sufficient rate, to expanse agriculture management scale and develop sight-seeing-oriented agriculture. Through the reform implementation, it eliminated the hidden danger which the grain supplies is insufficient, enhanced the agricultural productivity, has protected the agricultural region environment. The article analyzes the Agricultural reform measure and achievement at first, explained the experience and enlightenment on food security, agricultural development and the Green sight-oriented agriculture. |
