民国廿五年二月渤海湾海河之冰灾

数月来北方各地,因受寒潮盛行影响,天气奇寒。渤海湾至塘沽一带海河一百余里之河道,自二月初至三月初被冰凌封锁达一月有余。号称不冻港之秦皇岛及北戴河、昌黎、留守营各海滨,於二月下旬,亦均封冻二十余里。船舶被困,航运断绝,冰灾情形之严重,为三十年来所未见。兹参阅各方纪载,报告其经过情形如次:
