摘    要:本文介绍了GIS图形信息扫描输入技术,提出了一种基于多灰度级图像处理技术的图形扫描矢量化技术方案,并介绍了依据此方案研制的MAPIN图形扫描输入系统,着重阐述了MAPIN系统的自适应线划跟踪、图像自动编辑、整图矢量化、控制点子像素定位、矢量拼接等关键技术。试验结果表明了该方案的可行性和系统的实用性。

SCANNING TECHNIQUES FOR GIS DATA INPUTING AND MAPIN GRAPHICS SCANNING SYSTEM

Abstract:This paper describes the scanning techniques for GISdata inputing and presents, a new scanning vectorization scheme based on greyscale image processing. Asoftware system named MAPINis developed according to this scheme.The key techniques of the system, such as adaptive line following,automatic image editing, whole image vectorization, sub-pixel location of control points, vector data connection, and so on, are discussed emphatically in the paper. Finally some experimental results are given to illustrate the feasibility of the scheme and the practicality of the system.
