Analysis and Suggestion on Problems of E-Administration Jointly Constructed by Government and Enterprise

This paper makes a detailed analysis on the problems facing the government-enterprise joint construction of e-administration.We suggest that the government departments make efforts to establish the"line of defense"in the aspects of law,system,structure,quality and credit,so that to bring the govern- ment-enterprise cooperation to a real"win-win"stage.
