黑鲷嗅上皮的超微结构

摘    要:通过扫描与透射电镜观察了黑鲷嗅上皮的超微结构,嗅上皮内侧是感觉上皮区,其主要的细胞类型是:纤毛感觉细胞,微绒毛感沉细胞,柱状细胞,支持细胞和基细胞,非感觉上皮分布在嗅上皮边缘及点缀于感觉上皮区,似指状结构,具有粘液细胞,支持细胞,基细胞等,根据上述观察结果,可认为黑鲷属以视觉为主进行活动的鱼类。

Abstract:The ultrastructure of the olf actory epithelia of black sea bream Sparus macrocephals Basilewsky was observed by SEM and TEM. Inner region of the olfactory epithelia is sensory epithelia. It consists mainly of ciliated recepter cells,microvillous recepter cells,rod cells,supporting cells and basal cells. Nonsensory epithelia is distributed on the edge and ornamented in the sensory one. A prominent feature of nonsensory epithelia is the presence of the microridges arranged in the finger print-like patterns. The nonsensory epithelia is composed of mucous cells,supporting cells and basal cells et al. Base on the above observation,we propose the black sea bream may rely mainly upon the visual sense.
