Abstract: | 2,6,10,14-tetramethyl-7-(3-methylpent-4-enyl)-pentadeca-2,5E,9E,13-tetraene I possessing a C25 highly branched isoprenoid skeleton has been isolated from the marine diatom Rhizosolenia setigera and identified by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. |
